We’re heading up to Mt. Evans. It is the world’s highest paved road. You go up to the top and then you must come back down. There is a nice little shop at the base of Mt. Evans Road which those that do not wish to go up the mountain can stay. Should be a fun short day and we will find lunch at Beau Jo's Pizza in Idaho Springs. Then will swing back up the new highway to Central City and come back in through Golden Gate Road. Bring your camera and I look forward to seeing you. |
