Poker card drawing before departure
First of all…Who named this ride? OK then, let's do something different. There will be a poker draw at different stops, so let's see who gets "lucky". The event will be at Grand Lake. It's called The Fall Folk Festival. It will be held at the Town Park. We will spend several hours there, have lunch, then finish the ride by going through Rocky Mountain National Park.
Depart westbound on 6th Ave. - Turn westbound on I-70 - Take US-40 NW at exit 233 - Turn north on US-34 near Granby - Follow US-34 north to Grand Lake - Card Draw when we arrive.		95 mi.
We'll play it by ear, but depart around 1:00 ish. Departing Grand Lake, we will head north on US-34 into the Rocky Mountain National Park. Be sure to gas before leaving. Card Draw when we leave. According to the Rocky Mountain National Park web site, it has motorcycles at $10 per person. You can buy an Annual Park Pass for $35. We will stop somewhere along the way through the park for picture taking. Card Draw in the park.
Leaving the park, through Estes Park, we will turn south on SR-7. - Take SR-72 south to Nederland. In Nederland, we will stop for a quick break, gas as needed. We will also do a final Card Draw. Good luck!		87 mi.
From Nederland, we'll take SR-119 into Boulder, then south on 28th St (US-36).		17 mi.
Taking US-36 southeast, this will give others in the ride group to determine the best route to go home. Hope you had fun!
