Hotel Information: Comfort Inn, 2930 Main Street, Durango, CO 81301 (970) 259-5373 (10) Rooms reserved in the name of Floyd Thorne or RMVTA. They are (2) Queen Bed Non-Smoking Rooms but Smoking can be requested. They are $40.00 per night plus Tax. Rooms will be released if not secured with a Credit Card by 4:00 p.m. on July 22, 2006.

We will be attending the Bar "D" Chuckwagon (www.bardchuckwagon.com/index.html )at 8080 County Road 250. There we will enjoy Beef or Chicken for $17.00 with all the fixin's plus be entertained by the Bar D Wranglers. You can get a Beef and Chicken Combination for $20.00 or a 12.0 oz. Rib Eye Steak for $26.00. Groups of 14 or more get assigned seating in the center section in front of the stage.

This is going to be two days of good riding with a lot of miles for some but it should well worth the effort. This will be the fourth RMVTA Memorial Ride that Linda and I have led and we look forward to it and hope that each of us can reflect back on those members many of us have ridden with in the past and that have passed away before us.
