| Last year was our first picnic ride in a long time. It was so successful that this year we are having
the 2nd Annual Picnic Ride. The great thing about the President's Picnic Ride is that all you have to do is show
up. The food will be awaiting you at the end of a nice motorcycle ride. The lunch is being provided by your club
(yes, it is in the approved budget). All you have to do is come out and enjoy the day. We are going back to the
RV Park in Monument again. They have a great variety of activities which include horseshoes, Frisbee golf, swimming,
miniature golf, volley ball and a couple more I can't remember. We will also have a large covered pavilion to protect
us from the sun or showers. I am going to be head chef again this year. The big question is are we going to have
Janet's baked beans????? The answer is yes!!! We would like to get a general head count so we know how much food to purchase. Call me if you plan to attend. We will allow for a few more people than sign up so we won't be short on food and last-minute attendees will be accommodated. For any members who are driving 4 wheelers, call me for directions and meeting time. It would be good to see as many of our long-time members as possible. |
