Fall Polar Bear Ride XII       Captain: Tom Shumaker Phone: 303-659-2231       Date: November 16 Sunday       Meet: 8:45 a.m. @ I-25 & Arapahoe Road (Target parking lot)       Ride leaves @ 9:00 a.m., eat & fuel before meeting       The route, directions and length will vary depending on the temperature and the weather. We will attempt to be back in Denver by 5:00 pm. This ride will go regardless of the temperature.           THIS RIDE WILL NOT GO IF THE ROADS ARE ICY, SNOWY OR IF IT IS SNOWING.           Please contact Tom by Thursday, Nov 13th if you are planning to go so he can call you early on Sunday with a go/no-go decision.           Come prepared to ride in the conditions that exist at the time and that are forecast for the day. Riding in the cold can be dangerous if you are not prepared. If you are prepared, it is extremely enjoyable and your bike runs like no other time. Plus, meeting the challenge gives you a great feeling of accomplishment.           Fair weather rider? Not the POLAR BEAR RIDERS!           Come along, have fun!
