"Twist & Shout" Run   Captain: Stan & Janet Stotz Home: 303.690.4133 Cell: 303.726.5547   Date: July 15, 2007 Sunday   Meet: 7:00 a.m. @ 6th & Kipling - Furniture Row parking lot   Ride leaves at 7:15 a.m. Gas up before arrival but remember that breakfast and lunch are on the road.   This ride is back this year by popular demand (President's Ride 2000, "Twist and Turn" Run in 2001, The "Twister" Run in 2002 and "Twist & Shout" Run in 2005...This time the name stuck). On this 168-mile run, all but aproximately 10 miles are "twisties" through some of the most beautiful canyons and passes in Colorado. We have breakfast planned in Nederland at the Pioneer Inn and either a lunch or ice cream after the ride. The ride never gets more than 35 miles from Denver but will encompass some of the best scenery and riding terrain around. This will be a relaxed ride with a little something for everybody.
