Make sure you eat breakfast because we will be having a late lunch in Florence at the 3 Sisters. They have one of the biggest burgers I've seen. So, if you feel up to the challenge, make sure to bring your appetite! Bishops Castle was built by Jim Bishop. The castle has been under construction since 1969 and continues to be a work in progress. The castle is a monument to what a hard-working individual can accomplish in a lifetime.
