Formal Dinner Ride - Stanley Hotel

Eat and fuel before meeting!! Ride leaves at TBD

Bill Gillespie & Pat McCombs are putting this together. We are working with the historic Stanley Hotel in Estes at this writing. The Stanley Hotel said that they will discount their rooms if we get 20 or more people. We think that each club should be able to attract 20 people for this semi-formal affair.

The plan is for both clubs to start out on Saturday on different rides with both clubs ending up at the Stanley Hotel. We plan to have a formal or semi-formal dinner there. If you don't have a tux, a nice business suit would be in order here. We will work out the logistics of this in weeks to come. Maybe some people can bring their motorcycle trailers or maybe we can get a "chase" van to haul the proper clothes, etc.

We will get out the information on this as far as cost, reservations, meeting places, etc. on our web site and both club newsletters. This will be a gala event!!!
